Allison Flies '24 Recruiting Profile

Soccer is my passion, and I simply love the beautiful game.  I believe my greatest attributes are my coachability, teamwork, and dedication to working harder than anyone else.  My goal is to compete with, and against, the best – and be coached by the best.

When younger, I was never ‘the star’.  I was always the girl who had to work harder than anyone else to make the team I wanted or get playing time.  That work ethic is why I believe I will continue to improve each year in the future.  And it is why I know you can assist in pushing me to be my best.

A few quick bullets about me:

By TopDrawerSoccer, I am ranked #124 Nationally, #3 Midwest Region and #25 Defender

I play ECNL for a top National club, Minnesota Thunder Academy ECNL (U15)

I play Center back as an 80 minute per game player. 4 Year ECNL Starter.

For MTA I have been named team MVP and Junior Academy MVP. 

I attend Eastview High School in Apple Valley, MN. Educationally, EV is a top rated school in MN

I will graduate in 2024 and I am extremely proud to say my GPA is 3.97.

In my Freshman season (this year), I was Rookie of the year and All Conference. 

I am 5’7.5 (with Shoes), 145lbs. (and I hope still growing!)

In my most recent coach review, I was most proud to see some of my best scores in areas like Speed, Strength, Workrate, Coachable, Mental Toughness, Confidence, Courage, Teamwork and Attitude. 

Given my age I know we can’t connect personally at this time, but my hope is to get on your radar, and my request is that you would reach out to my attached contacts and begin dialogue, so we can determine if there could be a possible fit in 2024.  This year my family and I are planning on visiting colleges, and if there is even potential interest, visiting campus would be great

As far as my spring schedule 2021, I will be in the Presidents Cup in Phoenix Feb 12-15, the Phoenix ECNL Showcase in April, the New Jersey ECNL showcase in May, and hopefully, the ECNL Champions League in June.
