My aspiration in life is to be the best at what I do, whether that is on or off the field. This drive translates into my leadership role as a goalkeeper and my academic pursuits. What I believe sets me apart is that I know where women in sports stand and I recognize that the chance to play professionally is very slim. That is why I take my education so seriously. Soccer is my passion and will play a major part in my choice of higher education but I recognize that it will only get me so far. This does not mean I will not be dedicated to my team, but that I will make academics of the utmost importance in my collegiate career.
