Personal Statement
I have been playing soccer since I was 7 years old and my competative spirit has driven me through YMCA Soccer all the way up to where I am now. Even at a young age, I always knew I wanted to keep playing soccer as long as possible and my current goal is to play competitively in college. I have grown up in the Missoula Catholic Schools system, making quality of education very important for me. As well as being a good student, I have excelled in my soccer career since I was selected for the local Strikers Premier Development Team at the age of 12. Playing for Loyola Sacred Heart High School, I began my freshman, sophomore, and junior seasons with starting varsity spots and goals in all opening games. I have also helped lead my Strikers FC club team to success in Presidents Cup and Crossfire through many goal and assist contributions. I am currently on the Montana ODP State Team and was selected to play in Phoenix at the Far West ODP Championships in January 2024. Most exciting to me, after attending an Exact soccer camp this past summer, I was selected for the Showcase game and also to be part of a national Exact 11 team, traveling to London and Manchester in March 2024. I have also been named a Top 100 EXACT Player which is a huge accomplishment and makes me appreciate the EXACT process even more. I aim to continue to be able to play the game during and after college becuase it simply keeps me motivated and driven through every day of my life.
