2023 Highlights
2022 Mid-Season J...
2021 Spotlight My ambition is to follow a university course which combines my two favorite subjects, sports and medicine. This will allow me to achieve my career goals of playing as a forward/mid-field in the National Women’s Soccer League. Eventually, I would like to finish out my career path by becoming a Sport Medicine Physician in the National Football League.
My parents are my inspiration and through them I became interested in sports. At the young age of 4, they signed me up for my first recreational soccer league and I instantly fell in love. Over the years, I have improved my skill set by working hard and pushing myself past my limits. I pride myself in being a focused athlete that gives my all to every component of the game. My determination is my finest quality and I’m also able to adopt quickly to any situation both on and off the field. For me, a huge part of soccer is creating an honest and substantial relationship with my teammates and coaches as I believe this can translate on the field.
In addition to soccer, I played basketball for 4 years both recreationally and on my junior high school team. I was also a dancer on a competitive dance company for 5 years. During my freshman year of high school, I joined the track team and have been competing for 3 years. Lastly during my sophomore year of high school, I added flag football to my list of sports. I believe playing a multitude of different sports has contributed to my speed and agility. However, my true passion has and will always lie with soccer.
I aspire to help the at-risk youth in my community. I plan to volunteer within my local youth sports program once I am able to and lend time to the homeless teen shelter that my mother volunteers at. When I have time to myself- I enjoy painting, photography and swimming.
I take my education very seriously. I am a well versed student that currently holds a 3.80 GPA. I am an AB Honor Roll student and am active on the high school dance team. I was also a mentor for new students at my school. I served as their guide for their first week and tried to help them become more comfortable with their new surroundings. As I enter into my second year of High School, I strive to continue investing in my education and challenging myself athletically.
Looking towards my future, I plan to consider colleges that are a good match for me both academically and athletically. With the support of my family, my dedication and commitment - I believe this will be possible.
