Sophie Elsemore '26 Recruiting Profile

I like to think of myself as a leader but not a boss. I feel as though I can give good advice and feedback while being willing to receiving it as well. I am driven and open to criticism, I’ve been playing soccer for a long time but there is always more to learn.  I love hearing from coaches how I can get better. Because I play so many positions and am willing to play anywhere I always ask for pointers on how to improve in every aspect. School wise I am a hard worker and try my best at everything, I’m not afraid to ask for help when I need it and I am on top of getting things done in advance if I know I’ll be gone. I also feel as though I’m very sociable, while I’m not afraid to be honest I am a nice person who enjoys getting to know other people. When I was in 7th grade my family moved across the country and that allowed me to make more friends and get better at adapting to new environments.
