Mia Capo '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Mia Capo. Currently, I am a 2024 graduate at IMG Academy in Bradenton Florida. I have been playing soccer since I was six years old, and it feels like yesterday when I volunteered to play goalie on my travel team. Now I am hooked on the position. The adrenaline rush I get from saving a goal feels like I am in a state of euphoria.  I feel bad for the strikers and midfielders because even though they get to experience the thrill of  scoring a goal, it doesn't compare to how I feel when making a save.  Goalies can only go through so many scenarios until the time finally comes to show what you are made. It's a good feeling when you amaze everyone by doing the unexpected.
