Leila Oshiro '24 Recruiting Profile

  Hi my name is Leila Oshiro and I am currently a Honor roll student at Howell High School in Howell NJ, graduating in 2024. I have been playing soccer since I was five years old and have been playing in the top flight in my USYS league for the past seven years. My goal is to play soccer at the collegiate level and to become the best student athlete I can.

  I have several strengths that have made me an outstanding soccer player. My best physical soccer characteristics are that I can pass, receive and shoot equally with both feet which has helped me become a very versatile player for my club team.  I have been told by all of my coaches that I take direction very well and that I am a fast learner

  I am not sure what I want to study in college yet however my favorite subjects are Science and Math. I hope to find a University that is competitive in soccer and has strengths in these academic areas.
