Personal Statement
What word best describes me? Dedicated. I am dedicated to my family and friends, academics, athletics, and being the best person I can be on and off the field. I am an honors student with a 4.4 GPA and was recently inducted into the National Honors Society. Excelling in the classroom, as well as on the field is very important to me.
I am a three sport varsity athlete, starting/playing varsity soccer, varsity basketball, and varsity softball since my freshman year. My sophomore year I started competing on the Varsity Track and Field Team. My events are the Javelin, Triple Jump, 100 M, and 4x100 Relay Team. Being a part of a team has always felt like being part of a family for me. I take tremendous pride in being a team player and team leader. Being a leader has always been something that comes naturally for me. I was named one of our Varsity team's Captain- the first junior in the school's history to hold this honor. I am very coachable and value all my coaches who have pushed me and inspired me to be the best I can be.
It has always been my dream to play soccer on a collegiate level. Of all the sports I have played, soccer has always been the most natural for me, the sport I strive to be the best at.
I am dedicated to becoming a collegiate student-athlete!
