Angie Shekian '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Angie Shekian, class of 2022, from Middletown, New Jersey, and I love and am passionate about my future soccer career. I play for Princeton Soccer Academy and my high school team, Middletown South. I am skilled on the field as well as in the classroom. On the field, I am a confident, composed, and smart player. I complete accurate passes, dribble with speed, and anticipate the next ball which allows me to score goals. Most importantly I'm a leader on the field and off the field. Additionally, my fitness and speed set me apart from most players on the field. On and off the field, I am always communicating with my teammates and coaches. In the classroom, I am a straight-A and high honor roll student. I always strive to do my best and challenge myself with AP and honors level courses. I am very devoted to my schoolwork due to my intention of majoring in the medical field. When I am not at practice or traveling for a game, I run, lift, and get as many touches on the ball as I can. I am looking for a college with quality academics and a competitive environment, as well as players, and classmates, that push one another to their full potential.
