Some of my sophom...Personal Statement
My name is Francesca Burke, but everyone usually calls me Frankie. I am a Sophomore at Park Ridge High School, Class of 2025 where I have been a starter at center midfield (HM/CM) since my freshman year. I ended my freshman year with 5 goals and 3 assists, and for my sophomore year, I ended the season with 6 goals and 4 assists. After my junior season, I ended with a total of 8 goals and 8 assists. In addition, I also play club soccer for Matchfit Academy 2006 ECNL-RL team, where I usually play left or right midfield. I can pass, receive, and shoot with both feet which has helped me become a very versatile player. I also joined the ODP New Jersey team where I play with girls from all over the state.
I have been kicking the soccer ball since I was 3 and I cannot image my life without soccer in it. I think I deserve to play at the college level because I'm a player that is experienced with many different positions and I also have the heart and dedication to continue my soccer career to the next level.
