Personal Statement

Hi, my name is Ava McLeod from Milltown, NJ, I am a 2026 graduate from Spotswood High school. I currently play for Jersey Knights Soccer Club in North Brunswick, NJ. I have been playing soccer for 5+ years. I played varsity my freshman year and now my sophomore year. I have a competitive mindset and always want to achieve more. I always want to get touches on the ball whether it’s for 2 hours or 10 minutes. I ran varsity track my freshman and now my sophomore year, I also was a gymnast for 5 years. With my background in track and gymnastics my core strength and stamina has been strengthened ultimately to excel in soccer.
