Kaitlyn Houston '25 Recruiting Profile

For as long as I can remember I have always loved to play soccer. Whether I was outside juggling or rearranging the living room to practice a new skill. Some of my earliest memories are shoveling the driveway to practice in the winter. I have always had a drive to play. I live in a very rural area and haven’t had very many opportunities. I drive three hours one way to my club team's practice because there is nothing around me. On top of that I still participate in Varsity Sports at my school. I play Varsity soccer, basketball, and run Varsity track. I am also very involved in school activities and my community. I have three jobs while also maintaining a 3.7 GPA. I love to challenge myself academically and athletically by taking on multiple college level classes as a Junior and setting goals for myself athletically. Whenever I am given a task or challenge I take it on and give it my all. College soccer has been my goal ever since I started playing. To be able to play at the collegiate level is my dream.
