Molly Ryan '23 Recruiting Profile

 My name is Molly Ryan and I am a scholar athlete aspiring to major in mechanical engineering and minor in design while playing soccer at a collegiate level.  I thrive on constantly challenging myself in every way while successfully navigating a very complicated schedule.  AP and honors classes combined with three Varsity sports, National League P.R.O. and DPL travel leagues and two part-time jobs keep me focused.  My soccer game is a reflection of this focus. 

Most athletes feel the need to boast about their accomplishments on the field by highlighting soccer stats and goals, but I feel like team tournaments won and championships demonstrate the adaptability and teamwork of an athlete.  I believe that being an accomplished athlete goes well beyond numbers and averages on the pitch.  Balance across all aspects of life creates a successful, sustainable student athlete with the ability to excel in any environment.

My adaptability and perseverance make me a great teammate and very coachable player. I am excited to pursue my soccer career throughout my college experience while earning my academic degree.
