My name is Avril LaFountain. I am currently in my junior year of high school and I am 17 years old. I have been playing soccer since my freshman year of high school. I started my journey of soccer on modified and made my way up to varsity only the second year of playing. I have now been on varsity for two seasons and am a starter as a wing mid and occasionally a forward. I play soccer outside of school to improve my skill. I have maintained a great gpa while being a student athlete and participating in Senior National Honor Society, and Student Council. Outside of school I love to play with my dog, being with family, and draw. I have had a great journey with soccer so far, and I can’t wait to see what lies ahead for me.

- I received the most improved award, I completed three school records including the, 2 mile, Steeplechase, and a Relay. I also came in 2nd place for the Adirondack Leauge Championships for the 2 mile.
