Being a freshman starter on the varsity team has taught me that you need to always be confident in your abilities and that anyone can step up to be a leader no matter how old you are. 

Throughout my years of high school I have won defender of the year, OCC (Ohio Capital Conference) second team for two years, and varsity letter all three years. During these years I learned that success isn’t easy and it takes a lot to be resilient and someone to push the whole team to do their best. I know I can play soccer at the college level but that also comes with resilience, leadership, and hard working.
