I believe it all starts with one thing, "CHARACTER". My dad used to tell me his definition of Character is, "the choices you make and the things you do, when you think no one else is watching." I'm pretty sure, both consciously and subconsciously, that's on my mind with everything I do. This has helped me to push myself, to set goals, and to smash them. It gives me the strength to get that last rep in when I'm tired. It reminds me to make sure I get my schoolwork done even though it's late, I just got back from a 3rd training session for the week, and my teacher isn't checking homework the next day. It drives me to never quit. And, it inspires me to be the best me I can be.
