I want to play very competitive college soccer at a school where I can combine the best academics with the highest level of soccer possible. Both academics and soccer are very important to me.
I am a very versatile player having started and played all field positions possible throughout my career. I am truly comfortable and very capable of playing any position. Currently, I start and primarily play defense/outside mid in a 4 - 3 - 3 for my Academy team. As an outside back, I have enjoyed the opportunity to become very involved in our offense by pushing up on the outside, while also meeting my defensive responsibilities. For my high school team, I start and primarily play center midfield in a 4 - 4 - 2 formation, as well as forward. I believe my strengths include my rate of play, athleticism, speed, skills, passing and knowledge of the game/soccer IQ.
I am committed to becoming the best player I can be, which is one of the primary reasons I decided to join Western Pennsylvania's preeminent soccer development and training program with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds RDA Academy. The Riverhounds offer me the best opportunity to improve as a result of the extremely high quality training/coaching I receive (soccer skills, strength and speed), as well as the opportunity to play against some of the best competition in the country! I want to train and compete against the best so that I can become my best. We were National runner-up for U17 National Championship during the 2014/15 season.
Finally, I am also a multiple sport athlete, having varsity lettered in track since my freshman year primarily competing in the long-jump, triple-jump, 100 meter hurdles and 300 meter hurdles; while also participating in the 100 meter and 400 meter sprints. As a freshman, I qualified for the WPIAL AAA Championships in the long-jump and 100 meter hurdles. As a sophomore I qualified for WPIAL AAA Championships in the long jump, triple jump and 100 meter hurdles, and the PIAA AAA District 7 State Championships in 100 meter hurdles.
