Ashleigh Snyder '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Ashleigh. Since I was little I’ve always wanted to work in the medical field one way or another. As my older siblings went to college for engineering, it peeked my interest. Not only was this because personally, I enjoy math, science, and problem solving that make up engineering, but  that I've always seen myself wanting to help others. My goal is to obtain a major in Biomedical Engineering and a minor and French. I consider myself to be a very respectful, loyal, and driven person. My teammates have always found me to be full of energy and  always lighting up sour moods. School has taught me how to be a hard worker and respectful, but being an athlete has shown me the things that academics couldn’t  teach me, such as sportsmanship, never giving up no matter how hard it seems, and friendship. I think it's safe to say that I am the person I am today because of what I’ve learned from playing soccer have and the people I am close to.
