“Integrity first, service before self and excellence in all I do” these are not only the Air Force core values, but they have shaped the foundation of my family for the past three generations. Add two additional generations before them in the Army and Navy and you have a history of honor, dedication and discipline. I carry these philosophies into the classroom and on the pitch. As a typical military child, I have seen my share of moves, several school changes and parents being deployed or gone for work for extended periods of time. These changes in my life taught me how to adapt to new situations even when I did not want to. However, the one thing that remained constant and kept me focused was soccer.
My love of soccer began with a summer camp I attended while my mom was deployed. I was able to release all my frustrations, energy and possibly a little aggression…without getting in trouble. The coach saw something in me and worked with me that summer; I was hooked. Flash forward 14 years and I still have that same level of passion for the game.
Currently playing at Cabrini University, Radnor PA with three years of eligibility remaining.
