Whenever I talk about myself, I definitely have to talk about soccer. It has been my passion since I was a kid. I started playing soccer at the age of 5 and played on boys’ teams until I was 11 years old. Before my high school years, I competed in cross country, track, and swimming, but soccer was definitely my passion, which I chose to continue with. In high school, I made varsity my freshman year. The next year, I joined Classics Elite RGV 2004 ECNL-RL and was selected for the Olympic Development Program (ODP) South Texas Training Pool in the summer of 2021. Now I want to continue playing soccer at an advanced level. I know I have the skills, passion, and dedication to be an outstanding player on a college team. Soccer is my favorite thing to do because it motivates me to be competitive, to work hard under any circumstances, and to be disciplined. Along with that, it has made me a leader and influenced me to set an example for my peers, on and off the field. Education is also very important to me. I’m looking to major in Business Administration. I know how to balance challenging training and good grades. In academics, I have always been an A/B Honor Roll student. Therefore, I was selected to be part of the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) and the National Honor Society (NHS). I cannot wait to continue my soccer career at an excellent college!
