My approach is to lead by example, I will be hardest working player you will have out there , first one there and last one to leave , I know talk is cheap - looking for apportunity .
I have been very fortunate to have the parents that I have, they have supported me 110% , and will continue to do so and the only way I can repay them is to one day present them with my college degree!! My parents have instilled in me to work hard and to always no matter the circumstances remain Humble.
