Serena Moss '25 Recruiting Profile

Soccer has been very important to me for most of my life. I started playing club soccer at the age of 4, moved to a competitive rec league at 11 and I switched to travel at 13. I started playing for both my travel team and my high school in 2022 and I will continue to do so for the next year. Also starting in 2022, I have been on my school's cross-country team as a way to stay in shape for the soccer season. I have been a USSF certified referee for 4 years and a US Futsal Referee for a year. I have been an honor roll student my entire academic career and I am currently taking all honors and advanced placement (AP) classes, and last year I completed a class and certification in order to become a Medical Assistant. I am also part of 3 honor societies (Spanish, History, and Science). My goal after college is to attend Medical School to become a cardiothoracic surgeon. I have been a Girl Scout since first grade, and I currently serve as a member of the Girls Scouts of the Nation's Captial (GSCNC) CEO's Girl Advisory Group. I completed my Gold Award in the summer of 2023 by running a weeklong soccer camp for underprivileged kids and I also completed my Silver Trefoil in the summer of 2023 by completing over 100 hours of service in 7 different categories. Difficult tasks do not scare me. I manage my time to accomplish what I set out to do. I am a competitor, team player, academic, leader, planner, and volunteer and I know I will be a great addition to any team.
