Libbie Herndon '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello! I am Libbie Herndon, Goalkeeper, Class of 2026, from Richmond VA and I go to Midlothian High School. I have played soccer since I could walk. It started with just rec soccer until I was of age to do travel soccer when I played U9 PDP soccer for FC Richmond. I have played for Richmond Strikers since U13 and I owe a lot of my progression to Richmond Strikers and the great goalkeeping program they provide. Along with soccer, I am a part of competitive show choir for my school, and I sing in the worship band at Hope Church. I am the starting goalkeeper for the Midlothian High School varsity soccer team. Last year, our season was really successful and fun, going all the way to the State Championship with an undefeated record. We got 3rd in the State and finished with a record of 20-1, with 86 GF and only 13 GA (7 total goals on me). I would love to play on the collegiate level to focus on soccer, but I also am heavily focused on my academics as well.
