Britney Arneson '20 Recruiting Profile

As I prepare for the next chapter in my student-athlete journey, I reflect on what got me to this point and what will help me as I move forward.  As I do this, I'm reminded that it's not just about memories of winning championships or heartbreaking loses, but it's about relationships I have made with teammates, coaches, and many others that has molded me into the person I have become.  Each relationship and moment, both good and bad, have taught me the value in communication, working together, believing in each other and above all else, trust.  As I begin my journey to adulthood I realize these values are the core to my life outside of soccer as well.

I believe I have the physical talent to help a college soccer program bring home much success on the field.  But I also feel just as confident I will bring you a player/person who defines leadership and trust.  I am looking for a program that will believe in me and my ability to play this sport that I love so much, but I also want to be part of a program that will help me discover my skills as a leader and my want to help others chase their dreams and passions as well.  Sport and life go hand and hand.  When I look forward to my coming years/seasons, I see my on the field skills as well as my off the field skills combining together to help me become the person I look forward to becoming.  I hope you consider your program to be my heartbeat in my journey to adulthood.
