Ariana Escobedo '18 Recruiting Profile

Hi there,

I truly believe that your program and school is looking for someone like me!  My name is Ariana Escobedo and I am a 3.9 GPA sophomore student from Wenatchee, WA.  I care deeply about my academics and at this time plan to study sports psychology in college.

I am equally dedicated on the soccer pitch.  I am usually playing center midfield, either holding or attacking, and always controlling the game.  I am a second year varsity starter and this past high school season I was voted team MVP and elected 1st Team All-Conference, over some very good graduating conference players.

I've led my small town G99 team, Wenatchee FC, to championship victories against RCL and ECNL Washington Premier teams, and I am well known around the state in the Puget Sound Premier League.  Most recently, I tried out for and easily made the E WA EPD / ODP G99 team, composed exclusively of RCL players, and was selected to the travel roster team, which played at the Region IV ODP Championship in Phoenix, AZ in January.

All my coaches consistently say the same about me: I lead by example; I have the ability to take control of a game; I am very coachable and a great teammate; and that I have excellent technical, tactical, psychological, and physical awareness, depth, and strength.  All I ask for is an opportunity to showcase my special soccer talents.
