2013 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I would love to continue to play competitive soccer at the next level while I pursue my pre-med or psychology degree. I would also like to add a minor in coaching to my education, and continue both playing and coaching soccer after my school based soccer opportunities (high school and college) are complete. I am a very strong, driven, and outgoing student, and am not afraid to lead or stand up for what is right. I am willing to work as hard as I can to achieve both my educational and athletic goals. While other student athletes may hesitate to play for a school that is several hundred (or thousand) miles away from home, I would have no problem playing for a university almost anywhere in the U.S. that would provide me with a solid college education and help fund that education through soccer.
My dream job would be an orthopedic surgeon for a Division 1 college team or professional sports team while helping coach younger athletes in my spare time.
