I come from a very small team (we had two people including myself on our Juniors team) and we train in a 23 yard pool for the summer. But we make it work. And I trained day in and day out in that 23 yard pool with goals in mind. To get 6th at Juniors meant that my hard work had payed off, regardless of my resources.
