2019 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My name is Gabby Gillespie and i’ve been swimming competitively for a little over three years. Prior to swimming I did competitive gymnastics for 9 years (ages 3-12). I decided to start swimming as therapy after an injury and immediately fell in love with the sport. I love everything about it including the competitive nature, long sets and the amazing feeling you get when going a best time or placing high in a big meet. You feel unstoppable. This sport has brought so much good into my life and I hope to continue pushing myself and setting new records throughout my college career!
