Anna Yontz '11 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'7" junior from Canton, Illinois. I am currently swimming on my Club team, Canton YMCA Barracudas and have been for ten years, enjoying every minute of it. My high school doesn't have a swim program, but I am able to compete at Conference and Sectionals as an individual. This past year I also qualified and swam at the IHSA State Swim Meet. I have a 4.0 GPA besides being active in many school clubs. I am looking for a college that I can swim for but also can receive the education I need for my future. I am currently undecided but am leaning towards biology or chemistry, so a school with those fields would be something I would definitely look into. I am open to any level of schools, hopefully one with a team that I can start impacting on right away. Geographically, I will absolutely consider any school around the country.
