Swimming is my passion. I have been swimming on and off since the first grade. My goal is to be the best I can be at what I love, so I am always trying to improve my times. I would be a great candidate for your team because I am an upbeat persistent person and I never give up. This year on my high school swim team I received the Cardinal Award. The Cardinal Award is a great honor which is bestowed upon the swimmer who never gives up, never skips out, and always motivates his/her team members - and that is 100% me. I believe I would be an asset to your team because I am hardworking and reliable. Swimming is a tough sport, however, so really everyone has to be hard working. But I am more than that, besides swimming I also achieved all A's this year – in my junior year, while swimming and teaching swimming. I am quite talented at juggling work, school, swimming, and friends. I love swimming with all my heart and if I am on your team I will bring all my effort and enthusiasm!
