My name is Isabella Vega, I am apart of Badger swim team. Swimming has been an crucial part of my life since I was 5 years old. Being introduced to competitive swimming at the age of 6 fueled my desire to become the best swimmer I could be. Throughout the years, I've experienced the highs and lows of the sport, which have shaped me both physically and mentally. 

Swimming has challenged my perspective on my physical and mental limits, constantly pushing to find new ways to improve. School has always been a struggle for me. But swimming It has taught me the importance of discipline, resilience, and determination. Those ideals helped me put my best foot forward no matter the challenge. I've come to realize that swimming has helped me become the best version of me.

I'm grateful for the opportunities and growth that swimming has brought into my life. It's not just a sport to me, but a passion that continues to shape me into a stronger person. I'm excited to see where my swimming journey takes me next.
