Ever since I was 8 years old I’ve loved swimming, it was a way for me to let go and relax. With swimming you let everything go. Its a way to make yourself feel powerful ,when u train for your goal times and you achieve those goals, that feeling is the best feelings any swimmer can have.
i won (at 12) most improved swimmer for my summer swim team, i drastically improved my times, and I have continued to improve.I am a junior coach for the adams farm swim team, I have swam with the aqua dragons since I was eight.
With ragsdale I had a knee injury where I dislocated my knee cap, i was unfortunately out of swim for two months. In that time i helped coach my fellow teammates who needed help with starts or turns, etc.
I aspire to be a future marine biologist or a marine vet. I train 5 days a week, I also take weight training on the side, when ragsdale swim season comes around I will be doing morning practices everyday with ragsdale and fact everyday after school with gcy!
I am very dedicated to swimming and I am willing to train everyday to get better and faster times.
