For as long as I can remember, I've always loved being in the water. Swimming brought me such joy as a child, so my parents decided to sign me up for a competitive swim team when I was six years old. I haven't looked back since. Swimming competitively has taught me a lot about what it means to be a productive person. It's taught me discipline, endurance, goal setting, and dedication. Through swimming I've been able to push myself beyond my limits, learn how to work both individually and in a team setting, and learn how to live healthy.
