My name is Isabella Kelly, however I go by Bella. I have had a love for swimming ever since I joined my first club team in Kindergarten, in Tampa, Florida. In 2008, we moved to Greenville, South Carolina. I immediately joined my current swim team, Team Greenville. Over the last ten years, I have had six different coaches within my club team. During this span, I have been awarded the “Butt Buster” award eleven different times. This award is given to the individual who shows hard work, perseverance, and positivity throughout the course of the season. I believe that the most important factors of a team are hard work and a commitment for improvement.
I am in the class of 2019 at Mauldin High School. While swimming for Team Greenville I have also competed on my school’s Varsity Swim Team since my freshman year. I have qualified and competed at the high school state meet every year and have made the All-Region Team my sophomore and junior years. During my Team Greenville swimming career I have competed in the South Carolina SCY and LCM state championships and as my swimming career continues, I plan to compete at the Southeastern Senior Sectionals in the spring of 2019. Moving forward, I am excited to start my journey into the college level of swimming. My goal is to become a competitive team member and help my team compete at the highest level.
