I am very excited to be involved with college swimming and am interested in excelling in both the classroom and the pool. In the pool I am a versatile swimmer that can swim practically any event. I am looking to swim on a team that provides and allows me to contribute to a hardworking mindset and a family atmosphere. I strongly believe that through hard work and the correct attitude success is achievable. Outside of the pool I am involved in many extracurricular activities such as Beta Club, Youth Group, Mu Alpha Theta (math club), Environmental Club and Band. I am also involved in the Student Council at our school. This next school year I will be the Junior Class Vice President and will have the ability to use my leadership skills that I have learned from my swimming career in the classroom. Also, in school I am interested in STEM related classes, which leads me to want to major in math with a concentration in statistics. I would love to have the opportunity to swim in college so that I can further doing what i love.
