Anna Wersland '21 Recruiting Profile

I have been in a pool since was a toddler, though I started swimming competitively when I was 10 yrs old.  I fell in love with the competition of the sport and the people who I have been surrounded by since my childhood. I love to work hard and contribute to and motivate those around me. My aspirations to swim at the collegiate level is fueled by my desire to contribute to a team not only in competition, but personally as well. I have been fortunate enough to be able to be homeschooled, allowing me to take the time for swimming while being able to focus on my schooling as well. I believe my work ethic and motivation to be successful will bring what it takes to be part of a college team. I give all thanks to God for where I am right now, and pray that he leads me to where i am meant to be.
