Personal Statement

Hi, my name is Matthea. I am different from everyone on the swim team because I’m a Deaf swimmer. One of my biggest accomplishments in life is qualifying for the 2023 World Deaf Swimming Championships in Argentina. My next goal is to make it to the Deaflympics 2025 in Japan.
