We meet once a week. Although, we do have have to meet through a google meeting, because she is located in a different state. The reason I see her is because there is no trainer who specializes in swimming around where we live. She will show me the work out for the week and we will do it together. Then I do the workout almost everyday but making sure every week I give myself one day off so I don't wear out my body.
