Personal Statement

I have been swimming for around 8 years and truly became interested in swimming about 5 years ago when I joined a new team. Through swimming I've learned that in order to get better you need to put in tons of hard work and be fully dedicated to your sport. I really do believe that I can go somewhere with my swimming career, and I am hoping to make it to a nice college where I can pursue my career and become even better at my sport. I can be a good leader and am good at helping people feel better when they are down. I could be a great asset to your team and hope you'll consider me.
