My biggest passion in life ever since I was about 3 years old has definitely been tennis. When I started taking tennis very seriously at the age of 8, I attended a Nike Tennis Camp at the University of Denver and since that week I aspired to be like the college girls who taught me that week. They were kind, hard working, and honest; I looked up to those girls and have always remembered to keep these attributes not only in my tennis career, but in my everyday life. When I attend college I wish to either pursue a major in Speech Pathology or Film Making. I've always thought of myself as a unique girl who is always up for trying something new and adventurous, while also being focused and inspired with tennis and my hobbies. Since joining the Columbine Tennis team in my freshman year, I've learned how important it is to make a bond with your teammates to have a successful season, and to make everyone feel comfortable because no one wants to feel left out. I play tennis almost every day of the week and it will always hold a special place in my heart. It has taught me a lot about character building, effort, and athleticism; I'll never stop loving the game of tennis.
