Morgan Hammer '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Morgan Hammer. I am a 2025 singles player from Rogers, Minnesota. I just completed my third year on the Rogers Varsity tennis team and I am exploring tennis and academic options for the fall of 2025. I’m am interested in opportunities with institutions that will provide both a quality academic experience as well as a competitive tennis environment that will offer continuous improvement to both individuals and the team.

I have been playing tennis for 8 years. I continue to play high school hockey and lacrosse, but in the last few years have become more passionate about tennis. I love the competitive aspect of singles play, and the immediate feedback that this sport provides. I have developed a plan combining private lessons, drill sessions, UTR and USTA events as well as personal strength and speed programs to better prepare as I explore the possibility of playing college tennis.

I would like to consider all college opportunities. I am most interested in private, or smaller institutions with academically challenging programs. Schools located in the midwest would be a good fit, however I would be willing to attend a college outside of this area if it aligned with my goals. I look forward to corresponding with coaches looking for a driven and passionate student and player.
