March 2021Personal Statement
My name is Caroline Myers and I'm a very competitive tennis player. I have great communication skills and I'm a very go-with-the-flow person. I would very much so personalize myself as a team player, I will pump the team up and get everything going. I like being in control of things and once I start something I like to finish it. Some of my college goals are, being able to compete on a high-level competitive team, increasing the power to my shots, and using well-established practice matches, and tournament rituals. I considered myself different from other players because I can move fast and well around the court, I'm good at being on defense and quickly moving to the offense. I think college tennis would be a perfect match for me in the future.

- I train hard every single day. I have clinic from 4:00pm-6:30pm Monday through Thursday. On Monday's and Wednesday's I have serving practice from 3:30pm-4:00pm and fitness from 6:30pm- 7:00pm. On Fridays I hit for atleast an hour and a half, when I'm not playing in a tournament I hit for a few hours over the weekend.

Are you in honor classes?
Yes. I am currently taking 5 honors classes. The classes are Honors English 3, Honors Math 4, Honors PLTW Medical Intervention , Honors American History: Founding Principles, Civics & Economics, and I'm taking IGCSE Spanish 3 which is a class higher than honors but not AP. I'm also in an intermediate Media Arts: Visual Arts class. I'm very much experienced with honors classes I've been through them all throughout elementary, middle and highschool.Are you in AP/IB classes?
