November 2020When I was in 6th grade, I broke both growth plates in my ankle. This was a defining moment for me. I was forced into a long recovery and learned a lot about myself and my resiliency. I was finally given the green light to resume sports when I was a Freshman in High School and decided to take up tennis. Ever since I picked up that racket, I have had an instant love and passion for it. Tennis has become a major part of my life for almost four years now. I am the first one to the practice court and last to leave. It is is my calm in a storm. I have played varsity for my high school for 4 years now and cannot wait to continue growing in the sport in college.
I will finish my freshman year of college at Cisco College then transfer into a 4-year university. My major will be Computer Science.
