26.84 PRGoing to CIF as a sophomore after my first year of track is when I realized track was exactly what I wanted to do. I was willing to put everything on the track, even if it cost me what others would call the “high school experience.”
A lot has changed in the last two years. Not only did I go through a major religious shift, but I saw how much potential I had for track. I started running my sophomore year, making it to CIF and realizing how much harder I needed to work to be the best. Since then I have trained to not only be the best, but to help others on their journey. Helping others is the best part of track, and it’s where I get my passion for veterinary care from. I handle my time well, and being able to balance my drive and passion for track as well as keeping my grades up is important to me. I am willing to put in the work necessary to get things done; on the track and off the track.
