HI\i, my name is Elizabeth Miller, and I am now a senior at Sterling High School. I want to vault in college because I enjoy being part of a team and having something to push myself at. I enjoy competitive environments but also love the support that track has. I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years before starting pole vault, gymnastics helped me to be mentally tough and have a strong work ethic which definitely carries over to track for me. I put 100% effort into improving and am very coachable. My goal academically is to study nutritional sciences and exercise science.
