Personal Statement

I have been running track since I was eight years. One day a coach gave an informational meeting in my grade school and from then I was in love. My love for track creates an insatiable drive to be the best. I want to be the best and go down in history as one of the greats.

I am a well-rounded young lady. As a highly involved student with track, cheerleading, and presidency of the Black Student Union, I am no stranger to hard work, leadership, or struggle.

I am looking for a college with a thriving community that will help contribute to my education and further my dreams of becoming an Olympian.
