I am proud to say that I am signed to Illinois State University for Track and Field (since November 2017). I have been able to achieve my goal of running at the division 1 level, and I cannot wait to be a redbird! Ever since I ran the 5th grade track meet in 2010 I fell in love with track. They did not offer track in 6th grade for but 7th and 8th they did. I have been running ever since 7th grade, and I absolutely love what I do. Since I was 13 years old I have been training at a sports performance class called Getfast, where I have worked very hard for the past 3 years. I have gotten much faster and stronger from all of the hard work I've put in. My goal is to run at the Division 1 level. And to succeed very well in my academics-which will either be nursing or exercise science. I am a very outgoing person, I love to meet new people and take any given opportunity. As I am very hardworking and I do not let anything stop me from achieving my goals- in the classroom and on the track. I hope to only achieve all of my goals and be successful not only on the track, or in the classroom but also in life itself. I will always be a hardworking person, and will finish anything with a smile on my face.
