Jaide Flowers '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Jaide and I’m a Junior in high school. My running career took off in 7th grade with track and cross country. Running came easy to me so it did not take long for me to fall in love with the sport. I took a break from cross country freshman year to try cheerleading. Sophomore year came around and I could not wait to get back to cross country. This year for cross country I made it to state as an individual running a 19:17. Last year track due to covid we did not have an indoor season but I made it to state for outdoor competing in the 4x8. This year I did have an indoor season for track and made it to top time’s competing in the 4x4 with a 1:02 split. We ended up getting 7th place over all. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me!
