Personal Statement

Throughout my high school career, I have always had aspirations to play sports at the college level. Not only has this dream been motivated by my parents, but the people around me have pushed me to be the best I can be. I have heard frequently that I am a natural athlete but I know that won't get me on to a college team. I understand that working harder than the girl next to me is what is going to further my career. I am constantly looking for ways to get better, whether it be my physical strength, mental toughness, or overall skill, I never want to stop improving. I want to reach my maximum potential and in order to do that I have to push myself to the next level. Not only do I want to push myself athletically, but I want my academic career to be just as prosperous. Ever since elementary school I strived to be in advanced classes and to challenge myself. I try to bring a positive attitude to every situation because I have learned that no matter what, you're stronger than you think you are.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
