I have always been a dedicated and committed student, who has been involved with extra-curricular activities throughout education. Whether this is to help others in my community or extend my understanding of the world we live in. I thrive to make the world a better place and improve the future. I am a student-athlete with a strenuous training schedule, which I balance with my busy school life. This represents my commitment, dedication and perseverance. I have been running since a very young age, and after realising my potential in Grade 7, I joined my local club and decided to move to the top UK sports school. I enjoy the social aspect of running, however during training and competitions I am focused and mentally prepared to tackle any session/race, no matter how difficult. The more difficult = greater sense of achievement! I am a considerate individual, who strives to work hard as a team to improve one another's running and ultimately have outstanding results.
